School trips
school trips are meant to be an enjoyable time for children, teachers and parents.
We help design your school trip so it is both fun and educational. We help organise your school trip so everyone knows where they should be and at what time.
school trips can also be very stressful. We all know accidents can happen especially on a school trip when there are lots of children, all wanting to have fun and a good time.
We can help ensure all the risk assessments are done properly on your chosen school trip destination.
A lot of accidents that happen on a school trip are due to risk assessments not being filled out correctly or thoroughly. The only thing to come out of accidents on a school trip is that we can learn from them.
Risk assessments are very important especially on the adventure activity school trips. Because organising school trips is our job we can give you all the information on getting your risk assessment right and ensuring you and your students have an enjoyable school trip.
School trips are known for being hard work and stressful for teachers to organise. So the government has introduced new rules to make it easier for teachers and organisers to arrange a school trip.
The new guidelines that are to be set out by the government will become part of the Staying Safe Action Plan that has been launched by Ed Balls.
School trips that are inline with the new Staying Safe Action Plan will make it easier for teachers to take students out of the classroom more often by reducing the amount of paper work that has to be done and offering more support.
Organisations that help organise school trips and provide transport and timed schedules are now encouraged by the government and Staying Safe Action Plan to qualify for quality badges to help the teachers and organisers recognise them as safe and trusted companies.
